Homemade Temakizushi(handroll sushi)

Ingredients
  • rice - Japanes or California, the sticky kind. Rice cooker cooks by itself 3cups, rinse with cold water drain a few times until the water is clear. drain and add 3cups water and cook.
  • vinegar 1 table spoon sprincle on the rice
  • sugar 1 table spoon
  • sake 1 table spoon
  • salt 1/2 tea poom
  • hondashi (fish fravor) 1 tea spoon
mix them while rice is hot with rice spatura, like cut through rice. Do not smash rice. taste and add more seasoning to your favore.
I used salmon, it taste a little greasy like toro but it could be tuna or anything. taking skin off. after that slice into strings
Cut seaweed in half (that's good size for uss)
Wasabi, it comes in powder, add water and make paste
All set. From here, the person who eat make own. If you want fancy, you can roll using bamboo roll.
